Instructions for Online Application

3. Follow the link to fill out our online Admission Form .
4. You will be able to save a draft of your submission and/or edit the submission up to the application deadline.

Entrance Exams & Interviews

The Date for the Junior School and Senior School Entrance Exams (English, Maths and Science) is Saturday, 17th May, 2025, at the school’s Sota Campus, on the Dodowa-Afienya Road. After the application deadline, details on the examination will be shared with you after you have applied.

Year 7 exams will be on Maths and English Language only.

For the Advanced Level programme, applicants can apply now and submit their IGCSE/GCE Ordinary Level results to the school immediately when they are released in August 2025. Interviews will be conducted for only qualified applicants in late August 2025.

All applicants will be scheduled for an admission interview after the exams on 17th May, 2025.  All interviews will be done online. Dates and times for each applicant will be duly communicated.

Payment Information for Application

The cost of the application is One Thousand Ghana Cedi’s (GHS 1,000.00), which can be paid into the schools Ecobank account at any Ecobank branch, via the Ecobank Mobile App or type the short code *725# on any mobile device (Use the GCIHS school code: 32656856). Application fees are non-refundable, please make all neccessary enquiries before payment.

The bank slip/transaction notification should be attached to the online form.
