Instructions for Online Application

1. Contact the Admissions Office to enquire on current availability (0594074130 / 0276120444). 
2. Read our Admission Brochure.
3. Follow the link to fill out our online Admission Form .
4. You will be able to save a draft of your submission and/or edit the submission up to the application deadline.
5. Late admission close in October.

Entrance Exams

The Entrance exams for the Junior and Senior Schools (in English, Math and Science) will be held at the school’s Sota Campus, on the Dodowa-Afienya Road. The exams will be done in batches and information regarding each student’s exam date will be communicated individually to parents after the deadline. Year 7 exams will be on Maths and English Language only.

After the Exams an interview will be scheduled.

For the Advanced Level programme, Applicants can apply now and submit their  IGCSE/GCE Ordinary Level results to the school. Interviews may be conducted for only qualified applicants.

The first set of Entrance Exams were conducted in batches on Saturday, 11th and 18th May, 2024. Interviews have been done, admission offers made, and school commenced in late August.

Payment Information for Application

The cost of the application is One Thousand Ghana Cedi’s (GHS 1,000.00), which can be paid into the schools Ecobank account at any Ecobank branch, via the Ecobank Mobile App or type the short code *725# on any mobile device (Use the GCIHS school code: 32656856). Application fees are non-refundable, please make all neccessary enquiries before payment.

The bank slip/transaction notification should be attached to the online form.
